The Drighlington Brass Ensemble

The Drighlington Brass Ensemble is a smaller group within the Drighlington Brass Band family, comprising of around 10 - 15 players from the main band.
The concerts performed by the ensemble group are generally of a much lighter style of music than the more traditional programme performed by the full band, including favourites from the Music Halls, TV, Popular Music, Silver Screen, Folk/Traditional songs and a large collection of medleys which you are encouraged to sing along to.
Founded in 2001, the ensemble appeals to the smaller venue, charity and corporate functions, weddings and other family functions and has it's very own following.If you are looking for that little extra something for your next function and feel that a full brass band may be just a little too much, then we have just the package for you.
